We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which tend to book quickly. For peak times like summer months or December, earlier booking is advisable to secure your preferred princess character and time slot.
We understand that circumstances change. With at least 14 days’ notice, we can reschedule your party to another available date at no extra charge. Changes with less notice may incur a fee.
You pay a deposit in advance to secure your booking and then pay the remainder on the day of the party directly to your entertainer.
